CS Group Ratifies Tentative Agreement

The Executive of the CS Group announces that the members of the CS Group have ratified the Tentative Agreement as negotiated between Treasury Board and the members of the Bargaining Team of the CS Group. 65.9% of members participated in the vote.

The Collective Agreement covers the period from December 22nd 2010 to December 21st 2014.

The Executive and Bargaining Team wish to commend the members for their demonstrations of solidarity since the beginning of this negotiation in support of their demands.

The Collective Agreement will be signed by both parties on December 14th. The Employer will have a period of 120 days to implement the new rates of pay and 90 days to inform the employees regarding severance.

Signing of the CS Collective Agreement

On December 14, 2012, Institute President Gary Corbett and CS Group President Luc Carrière signed the CS Group Collective Agreement with members of the CS bargaining team.

The Employer will have a period of 120 days to implement the new rates of pay and 90 days to inform the employees regarding severance.

The Collective Agreement covers the period from December 22, 2010 to December 21, 2014.

CS Group Tentative Agreement Ratified

The tentative agreement reached on June 6th, 2012 between the CS Group and Treasury Board Secretariat has been ratified by the members of the CS Group. The Institute and the Treasury Board Secretariat are scheduled to meet on December 14th for the signing of the collective agreement. All the modifications in the tentative agreement will come into effect immediately at the time of signing. The employer has 120 days to implement articles including printing the collective agreement and paying out retroactive salary increases.
